Thermal spray insulating coating materials mainly consist of alumina ceramic materials. These materials have high resistivity, a dielectric constant of 12, and an insulation strength of up to 1069V/0.1mm. When less than 1mm thick, they can withstand voltages above 2500V at temperatures up to 1300°C, meeting the requirements for electrical insulation under high temperatures. Additionally, the material boasts excellent properties such as high hardness, good wear resistance, high-temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance.


Application:

1. Insulated bearing housing, insulated bearing end for motor rotor, etc.

2. In the electronics industry, Al2O3 ceramic coatings are used as substrates for integrated circuits and high-performance packaging materials. The U.S. has already achieved the ability to spray 25*25 dielectric ceramic composite circuit boards and has reached mass production levels.

Al2O3: White coating, high insulation strength.

2. AT3 (Al2O3/TiO2 97/3): Gray coating, dense coating.
