详情描述
The coatings are categorized into plasma-sprayed ceramic wear-resistant coatings and supersonic flame-sprayed carbide ceramic coatings.
Plasma spray primarily utilizes ceramic materials such as aluminum titanate/Chrome oxide series oxides. These materials boast superior hardness, corrosion resistance, excellent heat resistance, and low friction coefficients. The coatings formed by this process exhibit outstanding and stable wear and friction reduction properties. The coating structure is dense, and the surface can be polished to a mirror finish (Ra 0.03~0.10 μm). For instance, applying a ceramic coating of 0.3~0.5 mm thickness on the surface of a high-pressure pump plunger increases its service life by 6 times compared to the conventional hard chrome plated plunger, making it the most widely used ceramic coating.
Supersonic flame-sprayed metal-ceramic coatings are composite materials made of nickel-chromium, cobalt as the metallic phase, and tungsten carbide, chromium carbide, and other hard ceramic materials. They feature high hardness, excellent toughness, and shock resistance, with a bonding strength of up to 50-80 MPa.
Application Direction:
Piston pumps pistons, high-pressure cleaner pistons, agricultural sprayer pistons, various water seals and oil seals, all types of shaft sealing sections, etc.
Coating Material:
AT13 (Al2O3/TiO2 87/13): High hardness, excellent overall wear resistance.
2. Cr2O3: High hardness, low friction coefficient, excellent corrosion resistance, and abrasion-resistant to particle wear.
3. Co-WC: High red hardness at high temperatures, wear-resistant to abrasive wear, and corrosion-resistant.
4. Ni-WC: High hardness, resistant to high-temperature oxidation.
