详情描述
The coatings are categorized into plasma-sprayed ceramic wear-resistant coatings and supersonic flame-sprayed carbide ceramic coatings.
Plasma spray primarily uses ceramic materials such as aluminum titanate/chromium oxide series oxides. These materials boast exceptional properties, including high hardness, excellent corrosion and heat resistance, and a low friction coefficient. As a result, the coatings produced are highly durable and reduce wear effectively. The coatings have a dense microstructure and can be polished to a mirror-like finish (Ra 0.03-0.10 μm). For instance, applying a 0.3-0.5 mm thick ceramic coating on the surface of a high-pressure pump piston increases its lifespan by a factor of six compared to the conventional hard chrome-plated pistons, making it the most widely used ceramic coating.
Supersonic flame-sprayed metal-ceramic coatings are composed of a metallic phase of nickel-chromium and cobalt, combined with hard ceramic materials such as tungsten carbide and chromium carbide, offering high hardness, good toughness, and impact resistance. The bonding strength can reach 50-80 MPa.
Application Direction:
Piston pumps pistons, high-pressure cleaner pistons, agricultural sprayer pistons, various water seal and oil seal shaft sleeves, and various shaft sealing sections.
Coating Material:
AT13 (Al2O3/TiO2 87/13): High hardness, excellent overall wear resistance.
2. Cr2O3: High hardness, low friction coefficient, excellent corrosion resistance, and abrasion-resistant to particle wear.
3. Co-WC: High red hardness at high temperatures, wear-resistant to abrasive wear, and corrosion-resistant.
4. Ni-WC: High hardness, resistant to high-temperature oxidation.
