
The track-type multi-functional electrical meter is a new generation of miniature track-type electrical energy meter developed by our company based on years of experience in electrical meter design. It features an LCD display and electrical pulse output capabilities; it combines metering, billing control, monitoring, alarm, and communication functions into one, enabling the measurement and collection of electricity usage information for individual residential users. It also supports remote parameter setting and control via 4G networks and 485 interfaces. The meter boasts small size, high accuracy, excellent reliability, and easy installation, with performance indicators meeting the technical requirements of international standards GB/T17215, GB/T17883, and the power industry's DL/T614 for meters.

Feature Description
1. Electric Power Metering
Positive active energy metering function.
2 Live Measurement
Measures real-time voltage, current, active power, power factor, etc. Measurement error (reference error) does not exceed ±1%.
Remote opening and closing of switches
Built-in load switch, with the electrical energy meter capable of outputting signals to control the load switch, paired with 4G/485 communication, to enable remote manual opening and closing of the switch.
4 LED Indication, Pulsed Signal Output
The electrical panel is equipped with 3 LED indicator lights: Disconnect, Pulse, and Network Indicator.
5. Power Pulse
Indicate pulse output, power pulse constant of 1600 imp/kWh.
6. 4G Signal Indicator
Indicate whether the electric energy meter is connected to the network, specifically as follows:
The indicator blinks, indicating entry into the smart networking mode; if the indicator is constantly on without blinking, it means the electricity meter is online, paired, and confirmed to have a stable internet connection, allowing for remote management.
7. Alarm Indicator
a) Constant illumination, indicating the electrical meter has been disconnected.
8. 4G Communication (Optional)
The built-in 4G communication module ensures that the communication status of the module will not affect the performance, operating parameters, or normal metering of the electricity meter.
After the electrical meter is powered on, the 4G module automatically searches for and connects to the nearest base station to access the 4G network. If the signal inside the building is weak, an external antenna can be connected to extend to an open area with better signal reception, facilitating the meter's internet connection.
9. 485 Communication
The energy meter features a 485 communication interface, which can communicate with the meter individually via the 485 terminal, or connect to a collector through the 485 terminal. Damage to the interface does not affect the normal operation of other interfaces. The communication interface and the internal circuit of the energy meter are optically isolated, with a failure protection circuit in place.
10. Remote Functionality
Once successfully connected to the grid, the electricity meter is connected to our company's server, in coordination with our backend system, enabling multiple remote functions, primarily including:
a) Admin PC, wireless remote meter reading, switch on/off, remote management;
b) Users can remotely recharge through the WeChat Mini Program and receive push notifications via the official account.
