To ensure the forklift operates smoothly and extends its lifespan, it is essential to conduct thorough online inspections of each component and diligently perform various maintenance tasks.
1. Pay attention to the lubrication of the equipment, and replace or add lubricant according to the specified schedule.
Ensure to frequently monitor the temperature of the transmission, torque converter, front and rear axles, wheels, and brake drums. In case of excessive heat, locate the cause and take corrective actions.
3. Inspected the temperature and connection status of each component in the home appliance system software, the power generation set distribution situation, and the condition of indoor lighting, etc.
4. Inspect the tightness of the foot bolts and nuts on all components of the assembly machine (including automotive engines, transmission boxes, wheels, rotating shafts, etc.).
