Many new customers who have purchased promotional vehicles often aren't aware of some important precautions when going out for promotions, leading to a significant gap between the desired advertising effects and the actual results. The customers might wonder, with the money spent, if the promotion was not done with sincerity, and as a result, they may not seek your services for future promotions. So, when you've signed a contract to help a client promote, here are some important points to consider, compiled for reference by the editor:
Prior to leaving the company, fill out the departure form in the vehicle (including details such as the driving date, client name, driver's name, and vehicle license plate number).
2. Set the videos to be played today according to customer requirements, prepare the protective spray painting or photo banner, and adjust the speaker music.
Drive to the client's location at the designated address (using navigation), inquire if the client is following, and proceed with promotional activities according to the regulations if not.
During the promotional process, drive in first or second gear at a speed of 5-15 km/h without pressing the clutch.
5. Our promotional efforts focus on the client's store as the center, utilizing a loop or field pattern for a carpet-like campaign. This includes areas such as community entrances, busy locations, intersections, bridgeheads, and high-traffic pathways, with a duration of 5-30 minutes, with no more than 1 hour without specific client instructions.
6. Whether familiar with the promotional route or not, upon arriving at the client's location, always claim familiarity. Adjust your promotion to meet the client's requirements, except for traffic control routes.
7. Each shift requires taking 20 photos of the promotional vehicle in operation (whether the client has requested it or if it's being followed, the vehicle must be parked properly and the handbrake engaged. Aim to do so in busy areas with high foot traffic or in busy city districts. Always be cautious: prioritize safety and avoid illegal parking violations!).
8. After the promotional work is completed, it is mandatory to report to the client and inform them that the day's promotion has concluded.
Remember these points when promoting to clients; if you adhere to them, even if the promotional results aren't met, clients won't blame you, and they'll continue to seek your services for future promotions.
