The differential pressure transmitter is used to prevent the medium in the pipeline from directly entering the transmitter. The pressure sensing diaphragm is connected to the transmitter via a capillary filled with fluid. It is designed to measure the level, flow rate, and pressure of liquids, gases, or steam, and then convert these measurements into a 4-20 mA DC signal output. Caution should be exercised during use:

Do not apply a voltage higher than 36V to the transmitter, as it may cause damage.

Do not touch the film with any hard objects to prevent damage to the isolation film.

The medium being tested must not freeze, as it could damage the sensor element diaphragm, leading to transmitter damage. In such cases, temperature protection for the transmitter is necessary to prevent freezing.

When measuring steam or other high-temperature media, the temperature should not exceed the transmitter's maximum operating temperature. If it does, a heat dissipation device must be used.

When measuring steam or other high-temperature media, use a heat exchanger to connect the transmitter with the pipeline, and transmit the pressure from the pipeline to the transformer. When the measured medium is steam, inject an appropriate amount of water into the heat exchanger to prevent the overheated steam from directly contacting the transmitter, which could damage the sensor.

6: During the pressure transmission process, attention should be paid to the following points:

Ensure no air leakage at the connection between the transmitter and the heat sink.

Before starting, if the valve is closed, open it very carefully and slowly to prevent the measured medium from directly impacting the sensor diaphragm, which could damage the sensor diaphragm.

c. Ensure the pipeline remains clear; sediment in the pipeline can pop out and damage the sensor diaphragm.
