To ensure superior quality of insulating boards, manufacturers must dehumidify their raw materials. There are two types of drying equipment for insulating board raw materials: hot air dryers and desiccant dryers. The hot air dryer operates by blowing hot air to remove moisture from the SMC insulating board raw materials, with a temperature range of 80-100°C and a drying time of approximately 40-60 minutes. It is an open system, capable only of removing surface moisture. The desiccant dryer, on the other hand, uses molecular sieve to remove moisture from the hot air before blowing it to remove moisture from the SMC insulating board raw materials. This method can reduce the moisture content to below 0.1%. The drying temperature is typically 80-100°C, with a drying time of around 2-3 hours. A stable dryer can lower the dew point of the drying air to below -30°C. If the moisture content in the raw materials exceeds 0.08%, pre-drying with a hot air dryer is required.
How Insulation Panel Manufacturers Can Excel in Marketing
Insulation panel manufacturers' marketers have always been engaged in pioneering work, with sales personnel primarily focusing on market expansion. However, marketers in the insulation panel industry must undergo a shift from "expansion-oriented" to "service-oriented." When promoting products, especially new ones, the sales team's approach and the way they communicate selling points are crucial. Salespeople should go down to the terminal to understand the needs of distributors, grasp sales trends, assist in enhancing the display effectiveness, and improve the marketing capabilities of distributors in home decoration, engineering, distribution, and network channels. Leveraging local media for promotion, they can better launch new products, establish brand recognition and reputation in the local market.
