Product Usage:
Primarily used for the compression molding of new materials, such as carbon fiber phone cases, glass fiber tablet shells, graphite materials, etc.; also suitable for vacuum hot forming of titanium alloys, aluminum alloys, SMC, high-precision rubber, various plastics, and graphite.

Hot Press/Vacuum Hot Press is a thermal press that integrates heating, pressure maintenance, pressure compensation, vacuum extraction, and vacuum collection. It heats the workpiece to the required temperature under vacuum conditions, then moves the upper and lower pressure heads to compress the workpiece, thereby achieving the process requirements of material purification, high density, etc. The entire machine employs a servo closed-loop control system, offering advantages of energy saving and low noise. PLC program control allows for setting multiple pressure and stroke stages, making it particularly suitable for scenarios requiring constant adjustment of the process.
