What is a Super Flat Floor?

①Floor areas designated for forklift use in narrow aisle zones (i.e., traffic-restricted areas) are typically categorized as "Super-Flat Floors." These refer to the floorings in distribution centers that employ Very-Narrow-Aisles (VNA) and high-rack storage systems.

② The ultra-flat floor offers a level of flatness and levelness beyond precision, far exceeding that of conventional floors, to fully utilize the functionality of the VNA system.

③ The drop in the alleys with ultra-flat floor levels is measured using the F-number system and specialized equipment.
