The steel-plastic composite tank is made from polyethylene (PE) and polyolefin (PO) as raw materials, utilizing a spinning molding technique to form a single piece through one-step processing. The steel mesh is welded to the surface of the tank, integrating the tank surface, steel mesh, and plastic into a cohesive unit. Compared to traditional steel-lined plastic or glass fiber-reinforced steel tanks, this steel-plastic composite tank boasts both high physical and mechanical strength and excellent resistance to chemical corrosion.

Steel-plastic composite lined steel products typically consist of the drum body, flat bottom, top cover, manhole, inlet flange, outlet flange, and liquid level hole flange. Horizontal steel-lined plastic storage tanks usually also include standard steel supports.
