Technical Requirements:
The steel body is manufactured in accordance with the technical specification JB/T4735-1997 "Steel Welded Pressure Vessels."
2. Corrosion-Resistant Lining (Test Methods for Plastic Lining Equipment as per Ha/4088-4093-2009) and Technical Requirements for Roll-Formed One-Time Formation Multi-Function Steel-Plastic Composite Cylinder (as per Q/32020/NCR02-2007) fabrication.
3. Flange Fabrication: Standard Compliance (H9/20592-20635-2009).
Application Scope:
Exceeding 95% purity in sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid, stable with various concentrations of inorganic acids, organic acids, and alkali salts.
Ideal material for lining replacements of rubber, glass fiber, stainless steel, plastic boards (tubes) within the temperature range of -65℃ to 95℃.
Widely applicable in industries such as chemicals, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals, electricity, oil refining, food, textiles, and environmental protection.
Steel-Plastic Composite Product Introduction
The steel-plastic composite tank is made from polyethylene (PE) and polyolefin (PO) as raw materials, utilizing a rotation molding technique to form the tank as a single piece. Steel mesh is welded onto the surface of the tank, integrating the surface, steel mesh, and plastic into a single structure. Compared to traditional steel-lined plastic or glass fiber-reinforced steel tanks, this steel-plastic composite tank boasts both high physical and mechanical strength and high chemical corrosion resistance.
Steel-plastic composite lined steel products generally consist of the cylinder body, flat bottom, top cover, manhole, inlet flange, outlet flange, and liquid level opening flange. Horizontal steel-lined plastic storage tanks usually also come with standard steel supports. The steel-plastic composite products are generally designed and manufactured according to customer requirements.
