The steel body is manufactured in accordance with the technical specification JB/T4735-1997 "Steel Welded Pressure Vessels."

Steel-Plastic Composite Product Introduction

The steel-plastic composite tank is made from polyethylene (PE) and polyolefin (PO) as raw materials, utilizing a rotation molding technique to form the tank as a single piece. Steel mesh is welded onto the surface of the tank, integrating the surface, steel mesh, and plastic into a single structure. Compared to traditional steel-lined plastic or glass fiber-reinforced steel tanks, this steel-plastic composite tank boasts both high physical and mechanical strength and high chemical corrosion resistance.

Steel-plastic composite lined steel products generally consist of the cylinder body, flat bottom, top cover, manhole, inlet flange, outlet flange, and liquid level opening flange. Horizontal steel-lined plastic storage tanks usually also come with standard steel supports.
