The steam curing of subway bolts is a method of accelerating the hardening of concrete by using an external heat source to heat the concrete, which accelerates the hydration reaction of cement and the formation of internal structure. Its purpose is to shorten the template turnover period and improve productivity.

 

The metro bolted segment is a type of precast concrete lining (usually assembled in a circular pattern from multiple segments), primarily used for constructing subway systems or large-scale sewage pipelines. During tunnel excavation, the segments primarily serve as supports and act as waterproofing.
