Section 2: Water Quality Standards for Wastewater Reuse Equipment Effluent
A wide range of industrial production exists, with varying and significant requirements across different departments, and the wastewater situation is quite complex. From a practical standpoint, there are mainly two types of requirements for industrial water usage:
1. Coolant Recirculating Water: Does not cause scaling in heat exchange, produces minimal foam, and does not corrode the water system. Refer to the "Industrial Cooling Water Standard" for specifics.
2. Workshop Production Water: This type of water requires high quality, typically meeting tap water or distilled water standards, and is primarily used for production line water needs or product cleaning.
Section 3: Composition of Wastewater Reuse Equipment
1. Original Pump: Boost Pump: Provides sufficient pressure for the filter. Generally, a Southern Special Stainless Steel Pump is chosen, which features noise, stable operation, and exceptional durability. The pressure of the original pump usually needs to reach 2-3 kg.
2. Multi-medium Filter: Effectively retains large particle impurities, suspended solids, and silt in water, reducing the water's SDI (Scale Deposit Index) value. The multi-medium filter typically consists of a pressure vessel, an operation frame, and consumables. The pressure vessels for reclaimed water use carbon steel tanks.
3. The consumables inside the pressure vessel are quartz sand, with specifications mainly including: 0.5-1mm, 1-2mm, 2-4mm, 4-8mm, and 8-16mm. The size of the quartz sand is determined by the size of the tank, and it is filled from bottom to top in descending order. The filling height is between 65% to 70% of the total height of the pressure vessel.
4. Activated Carbon Filter: Designed to absorb unwanted odors, residual chlorine, particulate impurities, and organic substances from water, effectively reducing water turbidity and enhancing taste. The pressure vessel and operating frame of the activated carbon filter use 8-16 mesh coconut shell activated carbon, similar to the multi-media filter, with a filling layer height of 65%-70% of the total height of the pressure vessel.
5. Precision Filter: Designed to trap larger particles that may have been missed in the first two filtration stages. The precision filter contains a PP filter core with a filtration precision of 5us.
