Leachate Treatment Equipment (Conductivity ≤ 25,000 μS/cm)
Process Description
The collected leachate is pumped into a short-range biochemical treatment system, where it removes most of the ammonia nitrogen and consumes some organic pollutants. A pH adjustment system is in place to balance the water quality, ensuring the effluent SDI meets STRO feedwater requirements. The treated leachate then enters the primary STRO system for processing. The membrane module effluent is divided into two parts: concentrate and permeate. The secondary STRO system is used for further treatment of the permeate from the primary STRO system, with the reverse osmosis permeate meeting discharge standards. The primary STRO concentrate is recycled through the system to maintain the balance of the leachate treatment ecosystem. The secondary STRO system concentrate is recycled back to the primary STRO system, further enhancing the recovery rate.
