Heater Roll Welding Machine Operation Instructions
1、 Working Voltage: Three-phaseAC380V +10% ，50Hz + 1%。
2、 Work Environment:No frost at 0-45°C, humidity ≤ 85% without condensation droplets.
3、 Maintenance: Add lubricating conductive grease per shift3 times; clean the water circulation filter daily; clean the water tank sediment every 3 days; change the water every 20 days; use pure water for cooling in summer and antifreeze for cooling in winter; replace the transmission gear oil monthly; dust collection and cleaning daily.
4、 Operation Method: After selecting the processing specifications, the welding machine automatically applies pressure, rotates, welds, and stops when the foot pedal switch is closed. The machine stops operating when the foot pedal switch is released, and all actions are disconnected.
5、 Work must be performed wearing protection against sparks to prevent personal injury.
6、 Welding machines generate high temperatures, causing the conductive copper wheels to wear over time. If the copper wheels deform, accumulate slag, or require correction during use, they should be replaced or corrected promptly.
