Heater Roll Welding Machine Operation Instructions
1、 Working Voltage: Three-phaseAC380V +10% ，50Hz + 1%。
2、 Work Environment:Freezing point from 0 to 45°C, no condensation at humidity ≤ 85%.
3、 Maintenance: Add lubricating conductive grease per shift3 times; clean the water circulation filter daily; clean the water tank sediment every 3 days; change the water every 20 days; use pure water for cooling in summer and antifreeze for cooling in winter; replace the transmission gear oil monthly; clean dust daily.
4、 Work Method: After selecting the processing specification, the welder automatically applies pressure, rotates, welds, and stops upon activation of the foot switch. When the foot switch is deactivated during operation, all actions cease.
5、 Protective sparks splash gear must be worn while working to prevent personal injury.
6、 Welding machines generate high temperatures, causing the conductive copper wheels to wear over time. If the copper wheels deform, accumulate slag, or need to be replaced, it should be corrected or replaced promptly during operation.
7、 Cooling water chiller working voltage: Three-phase, four-wireAC380V + 10% ，50Hz + 1%。
8、 Chiller operating normally during operationPerform a Freon topping up check every 3 months.
9、 Extended downtime, please drain the water from the water-cooled machine to ensure it remains dry.

11、 Low rolling gauge0.2mpa。
12、 In case of other emergencies, please shut off the power and contact the person in charge.
