Spot Welding Machine Introduction
1. The housing is made by bending and welding steel plates, ensuring the required rigidity during welding. The cylinder guide seat is made of nodular cast iron, featuring good wear resistance and sliding properties. The dual-chamber structure allows for easy and quick adjustment of electrode distance, saving gas. Some pneumatic components are imported for durability and fast response. The transformer is vacuum encapsulated with epoxy resin, offering high insulation and good heat dissipation with low noise and high output power. The secondary output is made with a special copper tube,焊接with silver-based solder, and is cooled with water.
2. Digital control for welding time and current, with stepless adjustment (by frequency) allows for storing multiple welding specifications for user access. Features include fault diagnosis, automatic protection, single-chip microcontroller, main control unit, simple circuitry, high integration, low failure rate, strong anti-interference capability, and either constant current or constant voltage function to ensure consistent quality of welding workpieces.
