Below are the precautions to take when operating the lawn boat:
Before starting up, inspect the entire transmission system and machinery oil of the mower, then start the diesel engine of the rear conveyor belt, disengage the clutch, start the diesel engine, gradually release the clutch, and adjust the speed to normal. Then start the diesel engine of the front chain bucket.
2. After the two diesel engines start up, adjust the speed to the required level. Then release the big arm brake and slowly lower it. Stop lowering when the bucket is more than 2/3 full of debris. Wait until it's 1/3 full before lowering the big arm further. When the big arm is at a 45-degree angle with the water surface, stop lowering the arm. At this point, adjust the amount of debris in the bucket using the traction control.
3. When advancing the grass cutter boat, check the amount of debris in the bucket and maneuver accordingly; be flexible with forward and backward movements. If the machine struggles or cannot pull through sand layers, release the tow rope to allow the boat to retreat until it can dig through. If encountering large rocks or clay layers underwater, the boat may experience severe vibrations. In such cases, immediately lift the sand-digging arm to bypass the obstacle and continue.
