Understanding Molds and Equipment

Analyze Molding Design Drawings: Carefully analyze the design drawings of the mold to understand its structure, dimensions, materials, and ensure that all parameters meet the standards set by the design specifications.

Confirm mold process and injection volume parameters to select an appropriate injection molding machine for trial molding.

Inspect Mold Condition: Conduct a thorough examination of the mold's integrity, including checking for scratches, missing parts, or loose components on the mold surface.
