The 1800℃ high-temperature furnace features a side-opening or top/bottom opening door, utilizes silicon molybdenum rods as heating elements, and is paired with an intelligent temperature controller and Type B platinum rhodium thermocouple for temperature measurement, regulation, and automatic control within the furnace. The working temperature can reach up to 1800°C.
Parameter Introduction: The electric furnace shell is constructed with a double-layer forced air cooling design, ensuring that the external shell temperature of the furnace is close to room temperature at the rated temperature, with the shell temperature not exceeding 50°C. The furnace chamber is made of lightweight alumina ceramic fiber, offering excellent heat preservation, lightweight, high-temperature resistance, rapid heat and cold resistance, no cracking, no crystallization, and no slagging. There is no need to worry about contamination of the products being fired. The energy-saving effect is 60-80% of that of the old-style electric furnace. Temperature control is achieved using a Yudi intelligent PID temperature control instrument, which features 30-50 programmable PID self-tuning, automatic heating, automatic cooling, unattended operation, and optional RS485 communication interface [connect to a regular computer to start, stop, pause heating, set heating curves, store heating curves, and record historical curves].
