Product Introduction: The DNR series box furnaces are widely used in fields such as ceramics, metallurgy, electronics, glass, chemical industry, machinery, refractory materials, new material development, special materials, and building materials.
Structure Features:
1. The electric furnace shell is constructed with a double-layer forced air cooling design, keeping the external shell temperature close to room temperature at high temperatures, with the shell not exceeding 50°C.
2. The furnace chamber is made of lightweight alumina ceramic fiber, offering excellent insulation properties, lightweight, high-temperature resistance, rapid heat and cold resistance, no cracking, no crystallization, no slagging, and no concerns about product contamination.
3. Energy-saving efficiency is 60-80% of that of the old-style electric furnace.
4. Temperature control is achieved with the YuDi temperature control instrument, featuring 30-50 programmable PID self-tuning, automatic heating, automatic cooling, and no need for constant supervision.
5. Optional RS485 communication interface is available [connect to a standard computer to start, stop, pause heating, set heating curves, store heating curves, and record historical curves].
