This vacuum furnace model offers excellent value for money as a high-temperature vacuum furnace, available in two versions: rated temperature 1200℃; rated temperature 1700℃. It boasts low cost, simple operation, superior vacuum performance, and excellent uniformity of the temperature field. It is applied in high-temperature vacuum sintering, annealing, tempering, and aging treatments for ceramic materials, ceramic metal matrix composites, refractory metals, and alloy materials, as well as vacuum brazing of alloy tools and ultra-hard materials. Vacuum Furnace Features:

  • Vacuum level can reach 7*10^(-3) Pa (dual-stage scroll vacuum pump + Roots pump + diffusion pump unit)

  • 50 programmable temperature control gauges with PID regulation.

  • Rated temperature: Optional 1200℃ or 1700℃.

  • High-strength carbon steel, externally electrostatic powder coated for a sleek and elegant appearance.

  • Equipped with intake and exhaust ports, it can be used for vacuum extraction or inert gas inflation.

  • Double-sided water cooling, furnace shell surface temperature ≤ 50℃.

  • Helium mass spectrometer leak detection for vacuum leak checking, ensuring the leak rate is below 0.67 Pa/h.

  • Pneumatic vacuum valves, easy and convenient to operate.

  • Utilizing an alumina ceramic fiber furnace lining and heating with resistance wire or silicon molybdenum rods. This not only ensures excellent performance but also significantly reduces the cost of the electric furnace.

  • With the use of upper limit alarms, deviation alarms, and program completion, the system automatically stops without the need for human supervision.
