Operation Process:

1. Connect power cord: This operation should be completed under the on-site guidance of the installer.

2. Open the door of the large lift furnace and place the products inside.

(1) Before operation, please check if the furnace chamber is clean and free of debris.

(2) When placing products, please ensure they do not come into contact with the heating elements on the side wall of the furnace chamber.

(3) Then, close the furnace door and securely fasten the door lock.

3. Turn on the power switch and pre-set the heating program (for details, please refer to the operation manual of the temperature controller).

4. Turn on the heating switch.

5. Activate the thermostat (for detailed instructions, refer to the thermostat operation manual).

6. Monitor the furnace's SV/PV voltage and current for normalcy, and wait for the furnace to heat up and cool down.

7. Allow furnace temperature to drop below 100°C.

(1) Turn off the heating switch, then open the furnace door and remove the processed products.

(2) If continuous use is required, proceed to the second step above for continuous operation.

(3) When not using the product continuously, please close the furnace door first, then turn off the power switch and the input switch.

Cautionary Notes for Operating Large Hoist Furnaces:

Please maintain the internal cleanliness of the furnace chamber of the equipment.

2. Always disconnect the power when the electric furnace is shut down.

3. Unauthorized personnel are prohibited from operating this equipment. For high-temperature operations, please ensure proper protective gear is worn and that a designated person performs the operation.

4. When the electric furnace is heating up, it is prohibited to open the furnace door. In case of an emergency operation, stop the temperature controller, turn off the heating switch, and cut off the power before proceeding.
