HDS-Lightweight Return Oil Pipe PN10

HDS is a lightweight return oil pipe, featuring a black, smooth NBR antistatic rubber inner layer and a wavy, black flame-retardant antistatic rubber outer layer for wear and aging resistance. It is primarily used in the return oil lines of industrial and agricultural hydraulic systems.

Hose Structure:

Inner Layer: Black smooth NBR antistatic rubber (R<106 Ω/m).

Enhanced Layer: High-tensile fiber woven mesh and double helix steel wire.

Outer Layer: Black flame-retardant static dissipative rubber with wavy design (R < 106 Ω/m), wear and aging resistant.

Operating Temperature:

-40°C to 100°C.
