Applications

TapeWrap® is suitable for chemical transfers from pure water to hazardous waste, food processing, and various processing applications. This cost-effective hose can replace existing nylon, rubber, metal hoses, or solid pipes and conduits. It is particularly suitable for equipment and environments with frequent thermal cycles, such as rubber factories and injection molding machines. However, it is not recommended for steam/cold water circulation systems. TXW resistance R≦1MΩ is suitable for large flow transmission of high resistive fluids to prevent the risk of charge accumulation. Not suitable for melting alkali metals and halogens at high temperatures.
