Applications

Wide application in the suction of highly abrasive materials, particularly under moisture-proof conditions. Compliant with U.S. FDA and EU Regulation 10/2011, suitable for conveying liquids, dry or high-fat foodstuffs such as beverages, grains, sugar, coffee beans, cereal foods, milk powder, tablets, and various granular materials.

Anti-static polyether polyurethane material (R≤109Ω), reinforced with stainless steel wire spiral. The wall thickness at non-spiral areas is consistently 0.9mm. The inner wall is smooth with excellent mechanical properties and vacuum performance, flexible, easy to bend, anti-bacterial, anti-hydrolysis, anti-aging, ozone-resistant, UV-resistant, weather-resistant, and resistant to various chemicals. Halogen-free and phthalate-free. The spiral steel wire at both ends of the hose can be grounded to discharge static electricity.
