Production Process

Venair offers solutions for any stage of the production process.

For injectable processes, Vena®Pure ISO 7 or Vena®BioBraided are ideal solutions. Flexible hoses made from high-purity USP VI silicone ensure clean fluid transfer, produced in a clean environment.

Tablet formula

In the granulation or coating process of tablet production, Vena®Technipur is the suitable product due to its higher wear resistance and excellent flexibility.

Syrup formula

For thick fluid transfer, the appropriate hose is VenaFlon®HF; a durable flexible hose capable of conveying corrosive liquids made from an internal PFA lining.

Vena®Sil 650V; a high-flexibility hose made of USP VI silicone, ideal for operation under pressure, high pressure, and high-temperature conditions.

Decoupling of the storage tank on the weighing sensor

Another common application of Venair hoses is to separate storage tanks from weighing sensors. In this process, it is crucial to use a flexible solution, which in Venair's case is the Pharmaloader® series. The sterile and flexible compensators, made of smooth pharmaceutical-grade silicone, can withstand movement and pressure over long periods.

Ultra-Pure Water (UPW) and Water for Injection (WFI) Systems
