The SJ worm gear screw jack is a lifting component.Compared to other series of screw jack lifting machines, this model boasts many advantages such as compact structure, small size, easy installation, diverse input types, high reliability, and long lifespan. It features lifting, lowering, and reverse rotation with the aid of shaft components. It can be used individually or in combination with multiple units. This product can be powered by an electric motor or other driving devices, as well as manually, and is widely applied in metallurgy, machinery, water conservancy, medical, chemical industries, and more.

Composed of a worm gear reducer and a lifting screw, the reduction component features a worm drive, which uses the worm to drive the worm gear for减速. The worm gear center has an internal threaded structure, serving as the nut for the lifting screw, and is compatible with the lifting screw.
The lifting speed of the reducer is equal to the input speed of the worm divided by the reduction ratio of the worm and worm gear, then multiplied by the pitch of the lifting screw. Due to its structural reasons, this screw lifting machine is generally lubricated with grease, while some series use oil lubrication, which offers the advantages of longer lifespan and more stable operation compared to those lubricated with grease.

The transmission type, based on the relative motion combination of the screw and nut, features two basic types of fundamental transmission for screw jack lifting machines.

(1)Nut fixing, screw rotation, and movement; this type of transmission, with the nut itself serving as a support, eliminates the additional axial movement that could be caused by the screw shaft bearing, resulting in a simpler structure and higher transmission accuracy. However, the axial size should not be too long, otherwise, the rigidity will be poor. Therefore, it is only suitable for applications with a smaller stroke.

(2)The screw shaft rotates, and the nut moves. This type of transmission requires limiting the nut's rotation, hence the need for a guiding device. It features a compact structure, good rigidity of the screw shaft, and is suitable for applications with a large working stroke.
