The structure of ball screw units is traditionally divided into internal recirculation structures (represented by circular and elliptical reversers).Two types of structures are available: the internal circulation structure (represented by pipe insertion) and the external circulation structure. Both of these structures are commonly used. There is no essential difference in their performance; the only distinction is that the internal circulation structure has smaller installation and connection dimensions, while the external circulation structure has larger dimensions for ball screw lifting machines. Currently, there are over 10 different structures for ball screw assemblies, but the most commonly used ones are: internal circulation structure; external circulation structure; end cover structure; and cover plate structure.

Ball screw principle:

1. Ball screw actuators, in accordance with the national standard GB/T17587.3-1998 and application examples, are used to convert rotational motion into linear motion; or linear motion into rotational motion, featuring high transmission efficiency and precise positioning.
