     Gear racks are extremely common in industry applications, which requires us to utilize different gear racks in various industry scenarios to facilitate further development. Gear racks are typically used in steering mechanisms, consisting of a steering gear that is integrated with the steering shaft and a rack that is usually integrated with the steering drag link.

Compared to other types of converters, the main advantages of the rack and pinion steering converter are: simple and compact structure; the housing is made of die-cast aluminum or magnesium alloy, resulting in a relatively low weight of the converter; transmission efficiency up to 90%; after wear causes gaps between the gears and the rack, a spring with adjustable tension, mounted on the back of the rack near the driving pinion, can automatically eliminate the gear gaps, which not only improves the rigidity of the steering system but also prevents shocks and noise during operation; the converter occupies a small volume; without steering arms and straight pull rods, allowing for a larger steering wheel turning angle; and low manufacturing costs.


The synchronous lifter operates through the coordination of gears and racks, with its key components—gears and racks—manufactured with precision machine tools and then subjected to special surface treatment. They offer high precision, excellent synchronization, smooth operation, high quality, low noise, and long lifespan. Additionally, there are models suitable for clean environments.

There are three basic types of synchronized lifters.IP Series (Standard), IPC Series (Cleanroom), and IPL Series (Linear Guide). Widely used in glass lifting units, automated warehouse lifting and lowering machines for picking and placing goods, and conveyors.Machine-mounted lifting converters, flat lifters, other automated machinery and industrial lifting systems, after surface treatment, are applicable in cleanrooms.Rack jack is an extension of the synchronous lifting jack, a structure that can be self-driven through a motor, rotating the central drive shaft to make the rack move in a straight line. It supports a load capacity of up to 3000kg and can achieve multi-travel operations with motor control, while retaining all the characteristics of the synchronous lifting jack.

Rack jack comes in three basic types: IRJ (standard), IRJC (cleanroom), and IRJL (linear guide type).


1. Operating PrincipleRelying on the interlocking cooperation between gears and racks, it ensures the synchronous up and down movement of four or more support points, thereby achieving smooth lifting and lowering of the work platform. The synchronous error of the four support points can reach0.5mm    

2. Synchronous Elevator Structure and Performance① The synchronous lifter is a structure composed of a gear box with gears and racks, and the connected shafts, designed for synchronizing the upper and lower surfaces during lifting or lowering operations. ② The gear box contains several gears that mesh and rotate, resulting in minimal noise. ③ The up/down movement operates normally even with a bias pressure of 50% or less. ④ Its guide rail is composed in a modular form, featuring standardized components. The lifter is a passive type, powered by a cylinder, which serves as a guide and synchronization mechanism.

3. Features of the synchronized lifter① Genuine quality and simplified design, compact components, strong durability; can be assembled according to the designer's requirements, reducing design time. ② Model Selection: When choosing a model, select different types based on varying loads, strokes, and series. ③ Shaft Spacing Selection: Pay attention that when the shaft spacing exceeds the corresponding length, an intermediate support should be added. ④ Up/Down Movement: Smooth and quiet rotation with minimal noise. The gear and rack structure ensures proper engagement, maintaining synchronization even in harsh environments.
