POWER baStructure and Performance of SE Power BAThe SE is a structure that combines a gear box consisting of gears and racks with a connecting shaft, a unit designed to maintain synchronization of the upper and lower surfaces during up/down operations. Several gears inside the gear box mesh and operate, thus producing almost no noise.

Gear racks are widely used in various industries, which requires us to apply different gear racks in different industry scenarios to facilitate further development. A gear rack steering mechanism consists of a steering gear integrated with the steering shaft and a rack often integrated with the steering drag link.

Compared to other types of steering gears, the main advantages of the rack and pinion steering gear are: simple and compact structure; the housing is made of die-cast aluminum or magnesium alloy, resulting in a relatively low weight of the steering gear; transmission efficiency up to 90%; after wear causes gaps between the gears and the rack, a spring with adjustable tension installed on the back of the rack, near the driven pinion, can automatically eliminate the gear gaps, which not only improves the rigidity of the steering system but also prevents shocks and noise during operation; the steering gear occupies a small volume; without steering arms and straight pull rods, allowing for a larger steering wheel turning angle; and low manufacturing costs.
