Gear racks are widely used in various industries, which requires us to apply different gear racks in different industry scenarios to facilitate further development. A gear rack-type steering mechanism consists of a steering gear integrated with the steering shaft and a rack commonly integrated with the steering tie rod.

Compared to other types of converters, the main advantages of the rack and pinion steering converter are: simple and compact structure; the housing is made of aluminum or magnesium alloy die casting, resulting in a relatively low weight for the converter; transmission efficiency up to 90%; after wear causes gaps between the gears and rack, a spring with adjustable tension installed on the rack's back, near the driving pinion, can automatically eliminate the gear gaps, which not only enhances the steering system's rigidity but also prevents shock and noise during operation; it occupies a small volume; without steering arms and straight pull rods, allowing for a larger steering wheel turn angle; and low manufacturing costs.

POWER baStructure and Performance of SE Power BAThe SE is a structure composed of a gear box with gears and racks combined with a connecting shaft, which is a unit designed to maintain synchronization of the upper and lower surfaces during up/down operations. Several gears within the gear box mesh and operate together, thus producing almost no noise.

RJ Series Rack and Pinion Elevator

1. It's a basic split-type model, available in specifications ranging from RJ10 to RJ50. Depending on the direction of the output shaft, it can be divided into 3 types of specifications.

2. Cylinder-driven with no self-reduction, capable of movement.

RJ-4S Series Gear Rack Elevator

1. This is the basic assembly model, with specifications ranging from RJ10-4S to RJ50-4S. Sizes and stroke can be customized as per request.

Gearboxes can be mounted on the drive shafts of the RJ-4S series for direct connection to the motor.

2. Suitable for cleanroom environments without the use of gears or sprockets.

RJ4SH Series Gear Rack Elevator

Turbo reducers can be directly mounted on the drive shafts of the RJ-4S series for direct connection to the motor.
