The screw elevator is an excellent mechanism, particularly suitable for lifting or lowering loads and various applications. It can be a single unit or a combination of a number of manually or motor-driven units.
Axles, couplings, and dynamic steerers (gearboxes) can be utilized with two or more screw students to reduce connections, thereby achieving precision synchronization among one or more elevators. The performance advantages of the screw lift are as follows.

Positioning Accuracy: Achieves a positioning accuracy of 0.1mm integrated
Control: Configure servo motors and stepper motors for closed-loop positioning; if precision is not high, potentiometer online control can be added.
Synchronization: Single-speed motors drive multiple spiral elevators through mechanical coupling, with synchronized movement and synchronization.
Drive Systems: DC motors 12V, 24V, and some AC motors; no need for air or hydraulic sources, clean and hygienic.
Easy maintenance, low noise, and normal operation in harsh environments with high and low temperatures, corrosion resistance, and explosion-proof conditions.
