Spiral HoistA superior machinery, particularly suited for load lifting or lowering and various applications. The performance advantages of the screw elevator are as follows.
Self-locking Performance: The internal structure of the lift is a worm gear arrangement, featuring self-locking capabilities. The self-locking performance is primarily determined by the lead size of the lift screw, the worm and gear transmission ratio, the lubrication effect, as well as the influence of the temperature, vibration intensity, and installation position of the operating environment.
Using large-diameter or double-threaded screws, or ball screws, under inertial force, their self-locking properties are poor or nearly non-existent. Therefore, in such cases, it is recommended that users pair a brake motor or install a brake on the input shaft.
Positioning Accuracy: Achieves a positioning precision of 0.1mm; Integrated Control: Equipped with servo motors and stepper motors for closed-loop positioning; For lower precision requirements, potentiometers can be added for on-line control.
Synchronization: Single-speed motors drive multiple spiral elevators through mechanical coupling, achieving synchronized movement and synchronization.
Drive Systems: DC motors 12V, 24V, and some AC motors; no need for air or hydraulic sources; clean and hygienic. Easy maintenance, low noise, and capable of normal operation in harsh environments with high and low temperatures, corrosion resistance, and explosion-proof conditions.
