Today's spiral lifters are something many of us are familiar with in our daily lives, right? But do you know what to consider when purchasing a spiral lifter for everyday use? Let's find out together with the editor below.
When selecting a screw jack, consider the load capacity of the screw lifting machine. Ensure that the load, whether static, dynamic, or impact, does not exceed the allowable load. Choose a lifting jack with ample capacity based on safety factors, operating stroke, and the stability of the screw. Determine the speed ratio of the screw jack. The speed ratio is generally categorized as standard or slow, which should be calculated and determined based on actual usage. Decide on the connection method between the screw jack and the motor, which can be flange direct connection or twin shaft type. The head style of the screw jack can be cylindrical, flanged, threaded, or flat headed. Also, pay attention to the operating conditions and running time of the lifting jack. The surface temperature during operation should be maintained between -15°C and 80°C. When the ambient temperature is below freezing, the efficiency of the entire machine may decrease due to the viscosity changes of the lubricating oil, so an adequate power source should be selected.
