1. Seamless and High Rigidity
Ball screw drive systems, when fitted with appropriate preload, eliminate axial clearance, reduce elastic deformation between ball and nut, and lead screw, achieving higher precision. The use of Gothic arch-shaped grooves allows for easy operation as the steel balls come into contact with the grooves.
High transmission efficiency
Ball screw drive systems can achieve greater thrust with smaller torque, boasting a transmission efficiency of up to 90%-98%. Thus, they can convert linear motion into rotational motion (motion reversible), which is 2-4 times more efficient than traditional sliding screw systems.
3. High durability
Steel ball rolling offers high service life and precision retention. All contact areas are hardened (HRC 58-63) and precision ground, with the circulating system process purely involving rolling, resulting in minimal wear.
4. High Precision
The screw jack transmission system experiences minimal temperature rise during operation, resulting in higher positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy. It also allows for pre-tensioning to eliminate axial gaps and pre-stretching of the screw to compensate for thermal expansion.
5. Smooth Operation
The ball screw drive system features point contact rolling motion, offering high sensitivity during operation, smooth startup without vibration, no crawling at low speeds, and minimal friction resistance, thereby enabling precise control of minute feed increments.
