The ball screw selected offers a driving torque one-third that of a standard ball screw. This is due to the numerous ball bearings rolling between the screw and nut, enabling higher motion power. Moreover, its driving torque is only one-third of that of a trapezoidal screw, meaning the required power for lifting is one-third that of a trapezoidal screw lifting machine, contributing to energy and emissions reduction.
Ball screw can be pressurized, and the pressure can achieve a negative axial clearance, resulting in very high rigidity.
