The T Series Spiral Bevel Gearbox is a hard tooth surface helical bevel gear reducer produced in accordance with national professional standards, featuring a compact size, lightweight, strong load-bearing capacity, long service life, high efficiency, and low noise. It is an ideal reduction transmission device, widely used in industries such as metallurgy, mining, petrochemicals, energy, transportation, cement, construction, and light industry. This series of reducers can operate in both forward and reverse directions. The reducers in this series have been optimized in design. The gears are made of alloy steel, forged, toothed, and subjected to strict heat treatment. This reducer boasts a high mechanical transmission efficiency, with an average efficiency of 98%.
Three units are loaded with 196N·m each, experiencing general impacts, and operate continuously for 8 hours daily. The coefficient of use f1 is 1.25, with an input speed of the helical bevel gears at 300 rpm, and all have a speed ratio of 1:1.
According to the formula:
Each reducer requires a load of TN2 ≥ T2 × f1 = 196 × 1.25 = 245 N·m.
The No.1 reducer, with a load of 245N·m, is responsible for transferring torque to the No.2 and No.3 reducers. Therefore, the total load on the No.1 reducer should be: 245N·m + 245N·m + 245N·m = 735N·m. According to the transmission capacity chart, the AT12 should be selected.
The 2nd gear reducer, in addition to its own load of 245 N·m, also needs to transmit the torque of the 3rd gear reducer. Therefore, the total load is: 245 N·m + 245 N·m = 490 N·m. According to the transmission capacity table, AT10 should be selected.
The No. 3 reducer operates with only one load C, requiring a load above 245 N·m. According to the transmission capacity chart, AT8 can be selected.
Cautionary Notes:
When the gear ratio is not 1:1, please confirm or inform the input shaft; select the horizontal axis for deceleration, the vertical axis for acceleration. Once the installation orientation and dimensions are determined, the positions of the two shafts cannot be changed.
