Thirdly, inspect if the mating dimensions with the commutator connection holes meet the requirements; the hole tolerance should be H7. Fourthly, before use, replace the blocked plug at the high position with an exhaust screw plug to ensure the commutator can expel internal gases during operation.

2.Four-way directional switchInstallation completed.

Firstly, the switch can only be installed on a flat, shock-absorbing, and torsion-resistant support structure.

Under no circumstances should a hammer be used to forcibly fit belt pulleys, couplings, sprockets, or chain wheels onto the output shaft, as this will damage the bearings and shaft.

3. Usage and Maintenance.

Firstly, after the switch installation, check for its flexibility. For official operation, an unloaded test must be conducted. Under normal operation, gradually load and run.

Secondly, the use of the commutator must not exceed its rated load.

Ensure the oil level is normal before and during the operation of the commutator; this unit has been lubricated with oil prior to shipment.
