Steel ball rolling offers high service life and precision retention. All contact points are hardened (HRC 58-63) and precision ground, with the circulation system process being purely rolling, resulting in minimal wear.

The screw jack transmission system exhibits minimal temperature rise during operation, achieving high positioning and repeat positioning accuracy. It also allows for pre-tensioning to eliminate axial gaps and pre-stretching the screw to compensate for thermal expansion.

Ball screw drive systems feature point contact rolling motion, offering high sensitivity during operation, no vibration at startup, no creeping at low speeds, and minimal frictional resistance, thereby enabling precise control of minute feed increments.

Due to the smooth operation, stable movement, responsive performance, and zero slippage, using several identical ball screw transmission systems to simultaneously power multiple identical components or devices achieves excellent synchronization.

The screw jack system is easier to maintain and repair compared to other transmission mechanisms, such as hydraulic systems. It only requires regular lubrication and dust prevention, resulting in a low failure rate. In special conditions, it can operate without lubrication.
