By driving the worm gear to rotate, the screw is moved up and down, achieving the function of pushing, pulling, or lifting.
1. Self-locking performance: Standard threaded screw electric push rods and screw jacks have average self-locking capabilities due to low overall transmission efficiency, enhancing the safety of equipment operation; ball screw electric push rods and screw jacks do not self-lock.
2. The integrated positioning accuracy reaches up to 0.1mm; the servo electric cylinder position accuracy can be as precise as 6um.
3. The control configuration encoder is controlled via a variable frequency drive or controller to achieve closed-loop positioning; for applications with less stringent precision requirements, a potentiometer can be equipped for on-line control.
The synchronous single-reduction motor drives multiple push rods simultaneously through mechanical connection, achieving synchronized lifting and lowering.
5. Drive Systems: DC motors 12/24V, single-phase AC motors, three-phase AC motors; no air/hydraulic power source required.
Overload protection can be equipped with a safety clutch to prevent overload; also available with an overload pressure sensor for overload prevention.
7. High push/pull force up to 300 tons.
Other maintenance is simple, operates quietly, and can function normally in extreme high/low temperatures, corrosive/explosive harsh environments.
Key features include: self-locking performance, synchronization, precision positioning, speed control, and thrust control.
