The worm and worm gear lift is achieved by rotating the worm of the screw lift to move the screw up and down, thus providing a pulling or lifting function.
1. Self-locking Performance: Standard screw thread electric push rods and screw jacks, due to their low comprehensive transmission efficiency, most have dynamic self-locking functions, enhancing the safety of equipment operation; ball screw electric push rods and screw jacks do not self-lock.
2. The integrated positioning accuracy reaches up to 0.1mm; the servo electric cylinder positioning accuracy can reach 6um.
3. The control configuration encoder is controlled via a variable frequency drive or controller to achieve closed-loop positioning; for applications with lower precision requirements, a potentiometer can be equipped for real-time control.
The synchronous single-speed motor drives multiple push rods simultaneously through mechanical coupling, achieving synchronized lifting and lowering.
Drive System: DC motor 12/24V, single-phase AC motor, three-phase AC motor; no need for air/hydraulic source.
Overload protection can be equipped with a safety clutch to prevent overload; an overload pressure sensor can also be added for overload prevention.
