Axial movement compensation: Firstly, measure the straightness error and directional orientation of the main shaft bearing locating face relative to the main shaft centerline. Then, measure the face roundness error of the thrust bearing and its peak orientation to shift the high point of the bearing locating face. This will reduce the amount of axial movement error.
For components such as gears and worm gears, first measure the radial circular run-out values of the parts on the outer diameter and the shaft at the installation location of the parts, and confirm the directions of the high points. During installation, adjust the high points of the radial circular run-out of both components to opposite directions, 180° apart, to partially cancel out the radial circular run-out errors. When installing ball bearings, it's possible to position the high points of the shaft's radial circular run-out and the low points of the ball bearing's inner hole radial circular run-out in the same direction.
2. Compensation for radial circular跳动: To reduce the radial circular跳动 value at the front end of the spindle for components mounted on the shaft, the compensation ensures that the radial circular跳动 points at both the front and rear bearing locations align on the same axial plane, with the spindle centerline on the same side, and also ensures that the error value of the front bearing is less than that of the rear bearing.
