Before using the screw jack, replace the clogged plug with an exhaust screw plug to ensure the reducer can expel internal gases during operation. Failure to replace it promptly may lead to prolonged operation of the reducer, causing internal gases to damage the oil seals, resulting in oil leakage from the reducer.
2. It should be particularly noted that lubrication is essential. The screw jack should have its lubricant changed after 300 to 400 hours of operation, and then every 1500 to 2000 hours thereafter. Additionally, in harsh working conditions with high temperatures and heavy dust, the lubricant should be inspected every two weeks. If contamination is detected, the lubricant should be replaced to maintain its cleanliness, extend the life of the reducer, and enhance economic benefits.
