During operation, the ball screw lifting jack must not be forcibly stopped manually; doing so may cause damage to the lifting jack.
2. Under load, do not switch the input shaft drive mode to manual operation on the ball screw lifting jack. The load may cause the input shaft to rotate rapidly, posing a risk of injury to individuals.
3. When the elevator operates in a dusty environment, it is imperative to choose dust cover extension sleeves as accessories to protect the lead screw. When using the elevator outdoors, always consider using covers and other devices to ensure that the ball screw elevator is not directly exposed to the elements.
4. Select different lubricant models for various temperature ranges. Different temperatures can affect the screw jack's efficiency during operation due to changes in the lubricant's viscosity, so it is essential to choose one with ample drive power.
5. During operation, the temperature of the housing of the ball screw lift must not exceed 0-50°C. Ensure that the surface temperature of the sliding nut also falls within this range. The ball screw lift is suitable for high-speed and high-frequency working conditions, thus it can be applied in different environments.
