1. When operating the electric lifting platform, the work surface should remain level.

2. During outdoor operations under harsh environmental conditions, personnel should wear safety harnesses. Electric lifting platforms are categorized into sliding friction and rolling friction mechanisms. The sliding screw and nut mechanism is structurally simple, easy to process, low in manufacturing cost, and features an automatic locking function. However, it has a high friction torque and low transmission efficiency.

During the lifting and lowering of the machine, it is strictly prohibited for personnel to climb.

4. The fixed electric lifting platform must not be moved after it is raised, and it must not be elevated for operation unless all four support legs are firmly extended.

During use, heavy overloading is strictly prohibited, and all items must be properly arranged.

6. The lubricating oil used should remain clean, free from water and other impurities. It is generally recommended to replace it every six months.

7. During maintenance, repairs, or in the event of a fault, the power source should be immediately disconnected, and the electric lift should be securely fastened after being raised before proceeding. Electric lifts with low speed and low frequency: mainly used in high-load, low-speed applications where frequent operation is not required.
