Improper installation of ball screw lifting machine bearing assembly
Using brute force during installation, directly hammering on the bearings can cause significant damage to the bearings; it is an important cause of deformation.
Three, 2. Incorrect installation, misalignment, or failure to install in the bearing position, resulting in excessive small bearing clearance. Ball screw lifting machines can be widely used in various industries such as machinery, metallurgy, construction, chemicals, culture, and public health. The inner and outer rings are not on the same rotational center, causing eccentricity.
Four: Advocate for the appropriate or professional bearing assembly tools, and use instruments for detection upon completion of assembly. Ball screw lifting machines are a type of equipment powered by electricity to lift or lower machinery and equipment, mainly used in industries such as enterprises, chemical, municipal, electricity, and transportation that engage in high-altitude operations.

Section 6, Item 2: Poor lubrication of ball screw lifting machine bearings
Lubrication failure is one of the key causes of premature bearing damage, as investigated. Key causes include: failure to timely add lubricant or oil; insufficient lubricant or oil application; incorrect lubricant or oil selection; improper lubrication methods, and so on.
Eight: Advocate for choosing the right lubricant or oil, and utilizing the correct lubrication method.
Nine
March 10th, the ball screw lifting machine shaft was contaminated.
Eleven, Contamination can also lead to premature bearing failure. Contamination refers to the entry of dust, metal shavings, and other particles into the bearing interior. Ball screw lifts are widely used in various industries such as machinery, metallurgy, construction, chemicals, and cultural and health sectors. Key causes include: opening the bearing packaging too early before use, resulting in contamination; an unclean working environment during installation, causing contamination; an unclean working environment for the bearing, and contamination of the working medium, etc.
Twelve: Advocate not to unpack the bearing packaging prior to use; ensure the cleanliness of the installation environment and clean the bearings to be used; enhance the sealing of the bearing installation.
Thirteen.
April 14th: Ball screw lifting jack bearing working fatigue
Fifteenth, fatigue failure is a common method of destruction for bearings. Possible causes of fatigue failure may include: long-term operation beyond load capacity; failure to maintain in a timely manner; improper maintenance; aging of equipment, etc.
Bearings subjected to impact loads during operation cause the inner race of the screw jack bearing to momentarily decrease in rotational speed. Consequently, the supported speed also drops. Meanwhile, the retainer continues to rotate at the original speed along with the unsupported parts due to inertia, leading to an instantaneous collision between the retainer piercing the supporting pillar and the load-bearing parts. A second collision occurs during the return to normal speed with the retainer pillar, with less impact force but in the opposite direction to the first collision. Therefore, the retainer pillar is constantly under alternating shear stress, resulting in stress concentration at the welding points and thread ends, ultimately leading to the shearing of the pillar along the welded sections and thread ends. Another cause is the pillar's detachment due to poor welding strength; the method of welding using the melting retainer shims to bond the outer face to the pillar end face is weak. This makes it prone to detachment when subjected to impact or vibration loads.
