The conversion formula for input power and output torque is as follows:
Input Power P (kW) = Output Torque T (N·m) x Output Speed N2 (r/min) / (9549 x Efficiency η)
The input power of the screw jack refers to the input power capacity of the screw jack, while the output torque represents the allowable load-bearing capacity of the screw jack.
2. Screw Jack Input shaft speed, output shaft speed
The conversion formula for input and output shaft speeds is as follows:
Output shaft speed N2 (r/min) = Input shaft speed N1 (r/min) / Drive ratio i
When the screw jack is powered by belt pulleys, sprockets, and couplings, the input shaft speed should not exceed 2000 (r/min), with a general speed range of 600-1800 (r/min).
Over-speeding can easily lead to increased friction in bearings, thereby shortening their lifespan.
3. Screw Jack Elevator Efficiency
Efficiency calculation formula is as follows:
Efficiency η = (Output Power / Input Power) X
Due to internal friction and vibration during the operation of the screw jack, a portion of the input energy is converted into non-working energy, such as heat. Efficiency refers to the utilization rate of the input energy of the screw jack, and its level depends on factors such as the number of worm gears, worm speed, viscosity of lubricating oil, frictional resistance of the bearings, and the coefficient of friction of the worm and wheel materials.
Capacity ranges from 2.5 to 120T.
