When using the spiral elevator, there are some tips to help save energy. Below, our factory introduces these little tricks for you:
During the operation of the screw elevator, pay attention to the temperature of the screw lifting machine housing. If the temperature rises too quickly during use, stop the machine for inspection.
Several reasons contribute to the rapid temperature rise: 1. Excessive wear, 2. Overloading, 3. Running at excessive speeds. Investigate the causes before resuming operations.
When changing grease or lubricating oil, wait until the equipment has cooled down slightly. As the oil can solidify upon complete cooling, it's very difficult to replace. Additionally, disconnect the power source to prevent any accidents.
Regular testing of oil quality is essential. In cases of excessive turbidity or depletion, timely replacement and addition are required. Excessive turbidity can affect the lubrication of the worm and worm gear structure, reducing the lifespan of the elevator. When refilling lubricating grease, be sure to use grease with the same grade as before.
Establish a reasonable equipment inspection and maintenance regulation. Promptly record and resolve issues with elevators, and conduct regular maintenance.
